General Questions​

Do I need to show my personal identification / NRIC / passport, etc.? / Is it possible to not show all parts of the IC aside from the date of birth?

All participants are required to show a physical proof of identification before entering the event space as these are age-restricted events (18+). General attendees purchasing tickets online will be required to submit the last 4 characters of your photo ID together with your date of birth, these information will be used to verify your age before entering the event.

Do you keep a copy of my personal identification / NRIC / passport, etc.?

Costica Events and Entertainment Pte. Ltd. does not retain physical or digital copies of your identification document. You can refer to our PDP Policy | Costica Events.

I am under 18, can I go?
 

No.

I am a foreigner, can I go?

​

Our event welcomes all, aged 18 and up, with valid photo ID.

What can I wear to the event?

​

Although this is an erocos friendly event, we welcome participants in general cosplay as well. You are permitted to be in sexy attire, within limitations of the guidelines established for that event. You may refer to the Event Attendance Terms and Conditions.

Are there performances? / Can I perform at the event?

​

Availability of free stage performances is event dependent.

​

There will not be performances at Costica Indies as the licensing conditions this event do not cover public performances. 

There will be performances allowed during Costica Summer Fest. Audiences who have purchased online tickets are allowed to ballot for stage time. Please refer to the event webpage for more information.

Booth Related Questions

Why are there different sessions during the event?

​

For smaller events like CTI-01, the event has to be segregated into different timed sessions for crowd management and to allow for all attendees to have a fair chance to browse our contents. Attendees can pre-purchase particular limited quantity timed session tickets for guaranteed entry for that stated session. 
 

Walk-in tickets are also available on site for attendees who may choose to purchase tickets on the event day, walk-in attendees however will only be permitted entry to the event should the prevailing crowd levels allow. 
 

All attendees for the previous session must be vacated before the commencement of the subsequent session (should there be a subsequent session).

Is the price for the booth for all sessions or only one?

The stated price is for all days inclusive.

What is included in a booth?

​

Please refer to the relevant event brochure. Our events typically come with a suitably sized table and 2 chairs, unless otherwise specified.

We understand you may have heavy usage of your smart device during the event, and we will strive to provide sufficient charging points available at the event for your consumption.

Am I allowed to have a helper if I purchase a booth? / Can I share booths?

Two persons are permitted to be stationed at your booth, please refer to the relevant event brochures for prevailing additional exhibitor(s) policies.

You are allowed to share booths as different cosplayers, should your group not exceed the maximum capacity specified in the event brochure.

Is there a deadline for booth registrations?

Booth registration deadlines will be announced during the event launch on social media.

Is the booth allocated on first-come-first-served basis?

​

We review all registrations on merit and carefully assess each submission to ensure that it resonates with our event's theme and values. This review process is aimed at ensuring a diverse and fitting experience for both exhibitors and attendees alike.

What kind of items am I allowed to sell?

​

All merchandise and products displayed at your booth must comply with the prevailing laws in the Republic of Singapore, guidelines have been communicated in the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions | Costica Events.

Items that are not pornography, do not have excessive nudity or over-sexuality are generally deemed permissible.

I have tried clicking the submit button on the registration page, but nothing happens.

Please contact us with your technical issue and we will try to resolve it online. Should remedies not rectify the problem, we are able to process your registration manually at the next nearest availability, with your consent.
